Bulldog Families,
We have another busy week ahead across Okmulgee Public Schools! From student organization meetings and conferences to athletics, the State Fair, and a special visit from the Oklahoma Caring Van, there are plenty of opportunities for our students to learn, compete, and represent Okmulgee.

  • Monday, September 14: The High School BPA Chapter Meeting will begin at 8:05 a.m. in Mrs. Vaughn’s room. Later that afternoon, Dunbar and High School Fastpitch will travel to Edison, with Dunbar beginning at 4:30 p.m., followed by the High School game. Back at home, Dunbar and JV Football will take on Henryetta. Dunbar kicks off at 5:30 p.m., followed by JV at 6:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, September 15: It’s Senior Night for our High School Fastpitch team as Dunbar and High School Fastpitch host Nathan Hale. Dunbar will begin at 4:30 p.m., followed by High School at 5:45 p.m. Come out and help us recognize our seniors and support the Bulldogs!
  • Wednesday, September 16: Our FFA students begin their time at the State Fair, with activities continuing through September 20. FCCLA students will also attend the LEAD Conference in Glenpool. In addition, the Oklahoma Caring Van will be at Okmulgee Primary from 9:30–10:30 a.m. offering free immunizations. A separate ParentSquare message will be sent with additional information for families regarding the Caring Van.
  • Thursday, September 17: Dunbar and High School Fastpitch will travel to Mounds. Dunbar begins at 4:30 p.m., followed by High School.
  • Friday, September 18: Our High School Varsity Football Bulldogs will travel to Tulsa Webster for an away matchup. Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m.
